The Government of Barbados is committed to ensuring the protection of the nation's youth from online criminals and predators as a national priority, especially with initiatives like one laptop per child.
The purpose of the Royal Barbados Police Force is there to uphold the law fairly and firmly, without fear or favour, to prevent cyber crime, to pursue and bring to justice those who break the law related on cyber crimes, to keep the peace, to protect, help and reassure residents, visitors and most importantly our children.
